Description
Analyze customer needs and provide technical support throughout the product development and implementation process. Monitor functioning of software applications for medium and large scale enterprises, make necessary modifications, and communicate technical matters to customers. Evaluate and test new software, applications, and features, and fixing bugs. Analyze and evaluate the interface between hardware and software and performance requirements of the network. Develop and apply best practice engineering, design and integration expertise to customers. Identify and assess factors such as reporting formats, cost constraints, and security restrictions to engineer support processes that will scale. Oversee Rifluxyss' total business automation products. Design and implement monolithic, microservices, and serverless architectures, optimizing performance, security, and maintainability. Architect and manage end-toend cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability, utilizing Terraform and CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code. Implement secure software development practices and authentication mechanisms like OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and OpenID Connect. Train and fine-tune AI models, including natural language processing, large language models, and AI-driven automation to enhance intelligent decision-making of software applications.

Description
Design, develop and deploy web applications using Visual Studio tool for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Create and modify general computer applications software of specialized utility programs. Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application. Consult with clients about software system design and maintenance. Conduct business analysis with customers to capture and document requirements, and communicate these requirements to offshore team. Monitor deliverables to ensure they align with documented requirements and meet customer expectations. Employee will be working at unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
The employee will be based at the employer's headquarters located at 8951 Cypress Waters Blvd, #160, Coppell, TX 75019. The position requires travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States as part of normal job duties. The employee may travel up to 50% of the year, with each assignment lasting approximately 4 to 12 weeks. Travel assignments are project-based and vary in duration and location. When not traveling, the employee will report to and perform duties at the company's headquarters.
